About facility use

Can I bring pets into the facility?

Pets are allowed at Esker, Samuel Cocking Garden, and Sea Candle under the following conditions.
- If the pet is in a bag, cage, or cart that is large enough to completely cover the pet's entire body. *Please refrain from putting pets on the ground within the facilities. -
I would like to come as a group. Do I need to make a reservation?

Generally, we do not take reservations. If you contact us in advance at 0466-23-2444 (Enoshima Amusement Park Office), we will be able to assist you with your ticket smoothly.

Is there a discount if I bring my disability certificate?

Discounts are available at the following facilities:
All sections of Enoshima Escar: Half the regular price Enoshima Samuel Cocking Garden: Free Enoshima Sea Candle: Half the regular price The same discount applies to one accompanying person for each person with a disability certificate.

Is there a dedicated parking lot?

No. If you come by car, please use the paid parking lots around Enoshima. Parking information is here (Jump to external link)

Is there a descent on the esker?
-
The escar is for ascent only, there is no descent. Everyone will need to use the stairs when returning home.

Can I ride with a stroller?
-
To prevent accidents, strollers are not permitted on the train. If you wish to use the escart, you must either fold the stroller or leave it at Escar Zone 1.
Strollers can be stored at Escar Zone 1. When storing your stroller, please be careful not to leave any valuables inside. We will not bear any responsibility if valuables are lost inside the stroller while it is in our care.
Please note that we will only accept strollers until their opening hours. If you are unable to collect your stroller by opening hours, it will be left in front of Escar Area 1 and will no longer be under our control. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to strollers after opening hours.

What are the fees during the event?

During the event, entry and exit after 5pm will incur a night fee.
(Adults 500 yen, elementary school students 250 yen)
