Enoshima Escar has been renovated!

Enoshima Escar District 2 "Luminous Way"!

Enoshima Escalator Luminous Way, the only outdoor escalator in Japan, will be renovated.
Starting October 1st, new footage from Esker 2 will be projected.

Esker 1 was inspired by the deep sea of Enoshima, but Esker 2 will portray "Enoshima from the surface of the sea" based on the image of rising.
Enjoy the changing scenery from daytime to evening and night.

The designer is Takahiro Matsuo (Lucent Design), who also worked on Esker 1.
A designer who also won an award at the Osaka Expo has created the new "LuminousWay."
