Children's Cooking Class (Workshop) Announcement: May 10th (Sun)

Seeking participants for "Pocket Koji and Miso Ball Making" workshop


We will be hosting the Enoshima Art Festival, a KidZart event, and hands-on cooking classes for children.
This time, we're offering a special workshop where you can learn how to make koji and miso balls in a fun way, with "koji" being the cornerstone of Japanese food culture.
*Reservations are required, so please apply using the QR code on the flyer.

Event details

  • An interactive workshop where children take home the koji they have inoculated and complete their own "pocket koji" with their own hands.
  • For elementary school students (parents and children are welcome to participate)
  • Making cute and delicious "miso balls" (take home 4)
  • Comes with a small koji snack.

Participation fee: 3,000 yen


(Take-home 4 miso balls, with a small koji snack)
