STEAM Craft Workshop Announcement ~May 16th (Sat)~
We're holding a free workshop!
The Human Design Laboratory of the Department of Systems Design, Faculty of Design Engineering, Hosei University, will be holding a STEAM* workshop through hands-on crafting in conjunction with their exhibition "Conservatory of Experiments" at the Enoshima Art Festival.
This program is primarily for elementary school students and offers participation in three workshops related to electronics and manufacturing.
*STEAM is an educational approach that integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics to cultivate the ability to identify and creatively solve real-world problems.

Precautions
Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.
Regardless of age, all participants are required to sign a participation consent form.
If you leave Samuel Cocking Garden after 5 PM, you will need a 500 yen night ticket (admission ticket).
Since this workshop is primarily for elementary school students, priority will be given to elementary school students during busy periods.
・While on-site registration is possible on the day of the event, we recommend making a reservation in advance as there is a limited capacity (reservations take priority, first-come, first-served).
・This workshop will be photographed and videotaped for research activity documentation and publicity purposes. We will take every precaution to protect your privacy, such as blurring images, but if you do not wish to be exposed in any way, please let the staff know on the day of the workshop. Images for which you have given your consent will be used in our research lab's activity reports and for publicity regarding the "Enoshima Art Festival," while taking care to ensure that individuals cannot be identified.
